AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR ELECTRICAL SAFETY TESTS ON FINISHED PRODUCT MOD. CFF2011
The CFF2011 equipment, which can be integrated into production lines, allows performing an automatic sequence of safety tests (absorption, dispersion, short-circuit, grounding, rigidity and insulation) in compliance with the international standards (CENELEC, CEI, VDE, ISO, etc.) for accident prevention and quality.
The equipment is governed by an industrial PC, particularly suitable for heavy operating conditions, which, thanks to a simple and effective user interface, allows adjustment of tests parameters and processing statistics; furthermore the machine can communicate with other systems (PLC, information systems, etc.), and manage barcode readers, safety barriers, etc. At the end of each test, the machine also prints a certificate stating the result of the test, and other information relating to the test (date, lot, etc.)
The periodic calibration of the equipment can be carried out either by the TND assistance service or by using special control Masters available as options.
INSULATION TEST INSTRUMENT MOD. CFF-I
The CFF-I instrument is designed to perform insulation tests on the most varied products in compliance with international standards (CENELEC, CEI, VDE, ISO, etc.) of accident prevention and quality.
The tests can be performed both in manual and automatic modes. Verification of the equipment calibration can be carried out through the TND assistance service or by using special control masters, optionally available
