With a twenty-year experience gained in the field of dental paste packaging and industrial dosing, TND Elettronica is able to design and manufacture dosing systems for products with the most varied physical characteristics, responding to the most stringent quality requirements and solving any problem related to the peculiarities of the product (eg high density, abrasiveness, viscosity, acidity) or process.
The TND range of dosing systems includes manual equipment and fully automatic systems with – depending on the application – final weight control or level control systems that can be integrated with labeling, marking and packaging systems, or SCARA screwing systems (for example, in the case of automotive batteries), allowing the creation of real production islands. All TND systems can be interfaced with any plant MES for data exchange in the Industry 4.0 perspective.
Designed for the dental sector, TND dosing systems can be customized to find use in production environments that involve high problems or require extreme dosage accuracy.
